Lauantaina 30.11.13 Malmilla pidettiin Helsinki Human Rights 09:n Junioreiden kilpailu. Ilta kului nopeasti hyviä pelejä seuraten, ihanien ihmisten kanssa. Koripallon jälkeen järjestettiin myös parkour/voimistelu kilpailu.

Kallahden meininki

Perjantaina 15.11.13 Kallahden nuorisotalolla pelattiin junioreiden turnaus, johon osallistui 15 joukkuetta. Kallahdessa oli ensimmäistä kertaa myös tyttöjä mukana palloilemassa. Nutalla oli fiilarit katossa. Voittajajoukkue sai Yökoriksen paidat.

Samaan aikaan Malmin palloiluhallilla pelattiin Yökorisillassa. Paikalla näkyi monia uusia kasvoja, mutta paikan henki oli sama. Perjantaina pelattiin monta hyvää peliä.

It was a good day today. Not too hot, not too cold. Music was loud and many of the players were spotted  dancing to the beat. 

Today was my last summer day working for NMKY (YMCA). I'm off to my trip and hope everybody enjoys the rest of the summer.

Pump it up!

Torstaina Hietsussa oli pelaajia lapsista aikuisiin. Oli kiva nähdä, kuinka nuoret pojat pelasivat miesten kanssa ja pärjäsivat peleissä. Se oli pojille varmasti hyvä kokemus. Ilta eteni hikoillen ja hauskaa pitäen

 sekä päättyi kauniiseen auringonlaskuun.

It was a rainy day!

Lauantaina oli sateista, minkä takia pelaajia oli vähän. Haasteellinen sää ei kuitenkaan hidastanut menoa. Jälleen nautittiin musiikista ja koripallosta täysin sieluin. Kentällä nähtiin hyviä pelejä ja hienoja donkkeja.

New day, new beginning

On Wednesday, the midnight basketball had an event, where the participants from the Tall Ship races came to play basketball, volleyball and mölkky. The ships arrived in Helsinki on the 17th of July and are scheduled to leave on the 20th July.

Our sincere condolences to the Dutch Wylde Swan for the loss of Koen van Gogh. We send out our prayers to all of the crew and the van Gogh family.

A ship in port is safe, but that's not what ships are built for.
